We are proud to announce that the British Chamber of Commerce in the Democratic Republic of Congo (BCC DRC) has officially received its accreditation from the Congolese Ministry of Trade.
This milestone marks the formal recognition of our Chamber as the first official platform dedicated to fostering and facilitating trade, investment, and business collaboration between the United Kingdom and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
With this accreditation, the BCC DRC will serve as a trusted bridge between the two nations, helping UK companies explore opportunities in one of Africa’s most resource-rich economies, and supporting Congolese businesses in accessing the UK market.
Our mission is clear:
Promote bilateral trade and investment
Support business development through networking, events, and advocacy
Provide market insights and guidance to help businesses thrive in both regions
We would like to thank the Ministry of Trade for their support, and all our partners and members who have been part of this journey. This is not just a milestone for the Chamber—it is a step forward for the growing economic relationship between the UK and DR Congo.
We look forward to working with businesses, investors, and government partners to unlock opportunities, build connections, and drive sustainable growth.
